摘要
详细描述了高性能西门子S7-200 PLC在糊口机同步控制系统中的应用,根据塑编行业生产线的特点,提出了基于PID和补偿原理的多电机同步控制方案。应用结果表明,本控制系统具有控制精度高、运行稳定可靠、投资成本低等特点,能够满足高速糊口机生产线的控制要求。
The application of S7-200 PLC on synchronized control system of mouth sticking was introduced, and a multi - motor synchronous driving control system based on PID and compensation theory was puts forward. The running of the system showed that the control system has good control effectiveness, and satisfies the control requirements of the high - speed mouth sticking.
