摘要
参与传统产业国际标准化竞争是提升传统产业的技术水平和国际竞争力的有效路径。本文通过我国参与传统产业国际标准化竞争的SWOT分析,在技术领域层面提出跟踪学习国际标准、主导研制国际标准、学习跟进领域管理、开拓引领领域发展4种典型竞争模式和竞争策略,并在国家层面提出政策建议,以全面提升我国传统产业国际标准化竞争力。
Involvement in the international standardization competition is an effective path for traditional industries to upgrade their technological level and international competitiveness. Through the SWOT analysis of Chinese traditional industries＇ participation in international standardization competition, the article puts forward four typical competition modes and competition strategies at technology level, namely tracking and learning international standards, dominating the development of international standards, learning and following the domain management, exploring and guiding the domain development, presents some policy suggestions at the national level so as to promote the international standardization competitiveness of our traditional industries in a comprehensive way.
