摘要
"1+X证书"制度的实施,是一场新的职业教育改革,需要从制度层面、机构设置、资源配置等方面总体设计,涉及面广,覆盖范围大。本文从当前标准化人才培养的现状入手,分析当前标准化人才培养机制存在的问题,并提出基于"1+X证书"制度下标准化人才培养新模式。
The implementation of "1 + X certificate" system is a new vocational education reform, which needs to be designed in terms of system level, institution setting, resource allocation, etc., covering a wide range of areas. This paper introduces the current situation of standardization talent training, analyzes the problems existing in the current standardization talent training mechanism, and puts forward a new mode of standardization talent training based on the "1 + X certificate" system.
