摘要
目的:观察舒脑欣滴丸联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:收集2014年3月-2015年12月于我院就诊的原发性三叉神经痛患者106例,按照治疗方法不同随机分为对照组和治疗组,各53例。对照组给予卡马西平治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服舒脑欣滴丸治疗。两组患者均连续治疗8周。采用数字疼痛评分量表(NRS)评估用药前、后的疼痛变化,观察治疗1、2、4和8周后的疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗后,两组NRS评分均明显降低,同组治疗前、后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组NRS评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组疼痛缓解总有效率在1、2、4和8周分别为49.01%、81.13%、88.68%和86.79%;对照组分别为45.28%、64.15%、69.81%和71.70%;两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组卡马西平有效剂量和药物不良反应均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒脑欣滴丸联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛安全有效,可降低药物不良反应,具有一定的临床推广价值。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Shunaoxin Pills combined with carbamazepine in treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods：Patients（106cases）with primary trigeminal neuralgia in our hospital from March2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study.According to the different treatment plans,patients were divided into treatment group（53cases）and control group（53cases）.The patients in the control group were po administered with carbamazepine.The patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shunaoxin Pills on the basis of control group.The patients in two groups were treated for 8weeks.After treatment,the changes of numerical rating scale（NRS）before and after treatment in two groups were compared,and the clinical efficacies were evaluated at 1,2,4and 8 weeks,and recoding the adverse drug reactions.Results：After treatment,the NRS were significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant in the same group（P〈0.05）;the NRS in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the efficacies of relieving pain in the treatment groups were 49.01%,81.13%,88.68% and 86.79%at 1,2,4and 8weeks,and control groups were 45.28%,64.15%,69.81% and 71.70%,respectively;and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.The effective doses of carbamazepine and adverse drug reactions were significantly decreased in the treatment groups than control groups,and the differences were statistically significant in the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shunaoxin Pills combined with carbamazepine has clinical curative effect with high safety in relieving primary trigeminal neuralgia,and can reduce adverse drug reactions,which has a certain clinical application value.
