摘要
目的:探讨温针灸联合通窍活血汤加减治疗偏头痛的效果。方法:选取2018-04~2020-08就诊于驻马店市中医院的80例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用温针灸联合通窍活血汤治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组治疗前、治疗4周后的中医证候评分,比较两组治疗前4周内与治疗后4周内癫痫发作次数、持续时间与伴随症状,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗4周后,两组中医证候评分均降低,观察组降低显著(P<0.05);治疗后4周内,两组头痛发作次数与伴随症状均减少,观察组减少更为显著,两组头痛发作持续时间均缩短,观察组缩短更为显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:偏头痛患者采用温针灸联合通窍活血汤加减治疗,可减少偏头痛发作次数与伴随症状,缩短偏头痛发作持续时间,改善临床症状,且联合用药安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of warm acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on migraine.Methods:80 patients with migraine in Zhumadian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared,the number,duration and accompanying symptoms of seizures in the two groups within 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:after 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,especially in the observation group(P<0.05);Within 4 weeks after treatment,the number of headache attacks and accompanying symptoms in the two groups were reduced,especially in the observation group.The duration of headache attacks in the two groups was shorter,and the observation shortening was more significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:warm acupuncture combined with Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can reduce the number of migraine attacks and accompanying symptoms,shorten the duration of migraine attacks,improve clinical symptoms,and the safety of combined medication is high.
