摘要
目的:构建适用于我国重症监护专业护理人员的培训模型。方法:通过问卷调查,对文献检索分析、专家访谈所提取的模型初步指标进行评价,筛选出重症加强护理病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护理人员普遍认为的重要指标,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)构建完整培训评估模型并运用于临床实践。选取312名重症监护专业护理人员作为指标重要程度的评价主体,检验模型的信度、效度和满意度。结果:因子分析得到共4个维度66项条目,重要性得分均值都在3.4以上,因子分析结果 KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin)值在0.748-0.936,信度系数为0.979,满意程度为77.807%。结论:编制的重症监护专业护理人员培训有效性模型有较理想的信度和效度,临床应用较为满意,推荐作为ICU护理人员培训评价工具并服务临床研究。
Objective:To construct the training model for intensive care nursing professionals in our country.Methods:The preliminary indexes extracted from the questionnaire survey,the literature retrieval analysis and expert interview were evaluated to screen out the important indicators generally acknowledged by intensive care unit nurses,and then the analytic hierarchy process was adopted to build a complete training evaluation model to be applied to clinical practice.312 intensive care unit nurses were selected as the main evaluation subjects,and the reliability,validity and satisfaction of the model were tested.Results:By factor analysis we got a total of 66 items of 4dimensions:the average score of importance was all above 3.4,KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin)values of factor analysis were beween 0.748 and 0.936,the reliability coefficient was0.979 and the degree of satisfaction was 77.807%.Conclusions:The constructed ICU nursing staff training effectiveness evaluation model had ideal reliability,validity and satisfactory clinical application,so it is recommended as the training evaluation tool of ICU professional nursing staff to serve clinical research.
