摘要
美洲大蠊作为生活中常见的昆虫,在组织修复、抗肝纤维化、抗菌等方面具有很好的药效活性,近年研究表明美洲大蠊具有诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞增殖、增强机体免疫功能的作用。主要就国内对美洲大蠊的抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用的研究进展进行概述。
Periplaneta Americana,a common insect in our life,has some pharmacological activities definitely include tissue repair,anti-hepatic fibrosis and anti-microbial.In recent years,many studies have reported that it possesses various pharmacological activities,such as induced apoptosis,suppressed proliferation and enhancing immunologic.This review will focus on the recent development of Periplaneta Americana include the anticancer and immunomodulatory effects in china.
