摘要
目的:建立美洲大蠊提取物的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对美洲大蠊提取物进行薄层鉴别,用紫外可见分光光度法测定总氨基酸的含量,用水分测定法对提取物的水分进行测定。结果:在TLC色谱中均能显现出与对照药材相同的5个斑点;氨基酸含量测定方法的线性范围为0.008～0.022 mg﹒mL-1(r2=0.9981),平均加样回收率为99.3%(RSD=2.46%)。结论:所建立的方法可行,重复性好,可作为美洲大蠊提取物的质量控制标准。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of the extracts of Periplaneta Americana. Method: TLC was used to identify the extracts of Periplaneta Americana. UV was used to detect the content of total amino acid and moisture determination method was used to detect the water content. Result: The sample and control medicine showed the same 5 spots in the TLC chromatogram. The linear range of the method of determination of the amino acid content was 0.008 mg﹒mL-1～0.022 mg﹒mL-1(r2=0.9981). The average recovery was 99.3 %( RSD=2.46%). Conclusion: The method is feasible, good reproducibility and can be used in the establishment of the quality control standard of the extract of Periplaneta Americana.
