摘要
目的:探究康复新液对创伤性口腔溃疡大鼠的药效学效应及作用机制。方法:60只SD大鼠,分为空白组、模型组、西瓜霜组及康复新液20、10、5 mL·kg^(-1)组,每组10只。除空白组不做处理外,其他各组建立大鼠口腔溃疡模型(冰乙酸法),空白组、模型组给予等体积的生理盐水,阳性组给予西瓜霜,康复新液各组给予相应剂量的康复新液。比较造模后第4d、7d的溃疡面积,测定大鼠溃疡局部组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量。结果:用药后4、7d,西瓜霜组、康复新液各剂量组大鼠的溃疡面积均显著小于模型组(P<0.05)。西瓜霜组、康复新液各剂量组炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平均显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:康复新液对冰乙酸诱导的大鼠创伤性口腔溃疡有促进愈合作用,其机制可能与降低炎症反应相关。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Solution on oral ulcer in rats and its mechanism.Method:A total of 60 SD rats were divided into blank control group,model control group and watermelon frost group,Kangfuxin Solution 20,10 and 5 mL·kg^(-1) group,with 10 rats in each group.The blank control group received no treatment,and the other groups were established of oral ulcer rat model with acetic acid.Blank control group,model control group was treated with oral mucosal administration of equal volume normal saline.The positive control group was treated with oral mucosal administration of watermelon frost,and Kangfuxin Solution group was treated with oral mucosal administration of corresponding dose Kangfuxin Solution.The ulcer area was compared after 4 and 7 days of modeling,and the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βin ulcer tissue were measured.Result:After 4 and 7 d of medication,the positive control group,Kangfuxin Solution group had a smaller ulcer area than model control group(P<0.05).The positive control group and Kangfuxin Solution group had lower TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1βlevels in ulcer tissue than model control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Kangfuxin Solution has a certain therapeutic effect on acetic acidinduced oral ulcers,and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory response.
