摘要
我国农村小规模学校担负着为农村20%弱势儿童提供教育的重任,然而资源短缺严重制约其发展。结合农村小规模学校自主发展的实践经验,运用资源依赖理论,从理论与实践的角度进行分析与提炼,农村小规模学校以拓展资源为核心的自主发展策略有三:一是重新审视组织的外部环境,寻求社会资源的支持;二是进行内生性发展,提高自身的资源创造力;三是通过联盟的方式实现资源共享,提高获取资源的能力。根据农村小规模学校自主发展的实践,政府应该在给予鼓励的同时,提供一定的政策支持,以进一步促进农村小规模学校的发展。
The rural small scale schools in China take on the responsibility of providing education for the 20% disadvantaged children in rural areas.However,the problem of insufficient resources restricts their development.Combining the theory of resource dependence with the experience of some rural small scale schools,we raise independent development strategies for rural small scale schools,which take expanding resources as the core:Strategy I,to re-examine the external environment of organizations and to seek the support from social resources;Strategy II,to enhance endogenous development in order to improve the creativity of their own resource;Strategy III,to realize alliance in order to share the resources of the alliance and improve the ability of obtaining resources.Moreover,the government should encourage and take some measures to give the independent development of rural small scale schools some supports,which can promote the development of small scale schools in rural areas.
