摘要
为实现育人及实验室管理的双赢,以研究生为管理主体构建人性化的实验室管理体系。该体系以学生为中心,以育人为出发点,秉承"学教一体、育人管理相融合"的理念,培育温暖和谐的实验室氛围。同时,将人性化的管理制度与艺术的管理手法相结合,使研究生在实验室管理过程中增强服务意识,提高分析问题、解决问题以及与人沟通交流的能力。同时,实验室管理也上了一个台阶,达到育人与管理双赢的目的。
To achieve a win-win situation of education and laboratory management,we train graduate students as main management body to establish the humanized management system. Centering on students' education, conforming to the concept of "integration of learning and teaching, integration of education and management" , the humanized laboratory management system combines a scientific management system and artistic management practice, together with a warm atmosphere in the laboratory, so as to raise the laboratory management to a new and higher level. Meanwhile, by taking part in the laboratory management, the graduate students could improve themselves in all aspects, such as enhancing the service awareness, improving the ability to analyze and solve problems, and upgrading their communicative abilities.
