摘要
分析"辨体为主""辨病为主""辨证为主"的辨证方法,总结"三辨模式"的常规应用模式。即应以辨病为先,抓住疾病主要病机,明辨主病,制定主方配合专药,同时结合患者体质特征和证候特点加减用药;待病情缓解后,逐渐转向以辨体为主,结合辨证、辨病,巩固疗效。
This article analyzes the syndrome differentiation focused on ＂constitution-disease-pattern differentiation＂,and summarizes the regular application of ＂three-differentiation＂model. The term means that,the physicians differentiate disease at first,figuring out the main pathogenesis and disease,and then establish a main formula coordinated with specific Chinese herbs; meanwhile,which should be modified based on the characteristics of patients＇ constitutions and patterns. When the disease relieves,the physicians will gradually focus on constitution differentiation,combining with pattern and disease differentiation,to consolidate the effect.
