摘要
中医药文化核心价值透射着中国东方文明的哲学智慧和实践特质,大学生核心竞争力是大学生综合素质的集中彰显。以"仁和精诚"为核心要素的中医药文化核心价值与以专业技术、沟通合作、应变管理、创新创造、思想道德为主要体现的大学生核心竞争力这两个不同场域概念,其组成要素在大学生世界观、人生观、价值观、自然观、生命观、整体观、道德观等人才培养中具有耦合勾连的作用。阐释中医药文化核心价值要素育人的深刻内涵,解构大学生核心竞争力要素组成,明晰中医药文化核心价值与大学生核心竞争力要素在育人价值观、内容、功能、路径等方面的逻辑关联,旨在发挥中医药文化育人功能,优化大学生人才培养目标,有效提升人力资源质量。
The core value of traditional Chinese medicine culture reflects the philosophical wisdom and practical characteristics of China’s Eastern civilization.The core competitiveness of college students is the concentrated manifestation of their comprehensive quality.With“benevolence and sincere”as the core elements of the core value of culture of Chinese medicine and with professional technology,communication and cooperation,contingency management,innovation,creation,ideology and morality as the main embodiment of college students’concept of the core competitiveness of these two different field,Its constituent elements in college students’world outlook,the outlook on life,values,view of nature,life view,the overall view and morality with coupling connection role in talent training.Interpretation of the profound connotation of the core value of cultural elements of Chinese medicine education,the deconstruction of college students’core competitiveness elements education,clear cultural core value of traditional Chinese medicine and college students’core competitiveness elements of education value,content,function,the logical relationship between path,can play traditional Chinese medicine culture education function,optimize the talents training goal of college students and enhance the quality of human resources.
