摘要 目的以白细胞介素(IL)-6为研究对象,对其基因结构和功能进行生物信息学分析。方法采用生物信息学软件对基因编码的蛋白质结构、理化性质、信号肽、跨膜结构、亚细胞定位、二级结构及高级结构进行生物信息学分析。结果 IL-6为稳定亲水性跨膜蛋白,定位于细胞外,二级结构以α-螺旋和无规则卷曲为主,有2个Ser和2个Thr可成为蛋白激酶磷酸化位点。结论分析预测IL-6,在研究其参与高血压、炎性反应等方面有重要意义。 Objective To analysis the bioinformatics of IL-6gene structure and function.Methods By means of bioinformatics software,the structure,physical and chemical properties,signal peptide,transmembranes structure,subcellar localization,secondary structure and advanced structure of the protein were analyzed.Results IL-6protein was stable hydrophilic transmembrane protein,which were located outside the cells.The secondary structure was primarily composed ofα-helix and randmo coil.And it had two serines and two threonines,which might become phosphorylation sites of the proteinkinase.Conclusion Analysis and prediction of IL-6might be significant in research of clinical diseases such as hypertension,inflammation and so on.
