摘要
在介绍负载敏感控制技术的工作原理和运行特性的基础上,建立压差液压系统的数学模型,针对压差液压控制系统进行了AMESim软件仿真分析。结果表明:负载敏感控制系统在系统流量足够的情况下,即使负载变化较大也可以保证各执行机构的流量需求,随着执行机构流量需求的不断增大,各执行机构的运动规律依然保持一定的协调,即使在负载最大的时候执行机构的运行规律依然有序,这为工程机械液压系统的设计提供了理论依据。
The working principle and operation characteristics of the load sensitive control technology( LS) were briefly introduced. The mathematical model of the differential pressure hydraulic system was established and AMESim simulation analysis was made. The results show that under the condition that the system flow is enough,even if large load change,the LS control system can ensure flow demand of each actuator; as each actuator flow demand increases unceasingly,the motion law of the actuator resolutely maintains coordination; at the time of maximum load,the actuator works orderly. It provides a theoretical basis for engineering machinery hydraulic system design.
