摘要
通过对水辅成型工作过程的分析,确定了工作循环中水注射的各工序要求。设计了水辅成型水液压比例系统,在系统工作状态和时序参数分析计算的基础上,并综合考虑了水液压系统、注塑机的交互协调要求以及水辅成型工艺特性,提出了系统时序控制方法,并设计了相应的换向阀动作和顺序控制。
The process of water-assisted injection molding (WAIM) was analyzed. In the work cycle, every step in WAIM was discussed. Water hydraulic proportional system for WAIM was designed and the work states were investigated based on the design. The timing parameters were also calculated. By considering the interaction and coordination between the water hydraulic system and the injection molding machine, the method of timing control for WAIM system was provided including settings of directional valve switching and control flows were considered.
