摘要
为适应高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽放钻孔高效施工的需要,研制出ZDY6000L(B)定向钻机,该钻机布局紧凑合理、工艺适应性强;液压系统采用负载敏感控制技术,实现2个泵串联开式系统,改善了回转、给进工况和节能性。通过现场试验,钻机施工效率高、功能齐全、操作简单,达到设计要求,能为矿井高效安全开采提供设备保障。
ZDY6000L( B) type all hydraulic directional drilling rig was designed to meet the demand of gas extraction borehole construction in high gas coal mine,and it has the characteristics of compact layout,wide technological adaptability. Load sensing technology was used in hydraulic system to realize open system with two series connection pumps,and rotation and feeding conditions were improved with good energy- saving. It was validated in field test with high construction efficiency,full function and easy control; design requirements were gained. It can provide equipment for safe and high efficient exploitation.
