摘要
作为一门独立学科,口腔医学技术在学科设置上强调医科与文理交叉,注重专业实践教学,其教育模式有别于口腔临床医学教育,毕业生的就业领域也较普通医学生为广。但在我国,口腔医学专业的教育和口腔医学技术的教育一直呈现出明显的不平衡性。本文结合口腔医学技术实践教学的现状,提出了在"以学为主"的教学理念下,对口腔医学技术的实践教学进行创新性调整。通过设置口腔医学技术创意实验等方式,在实践学习中激发学生的创造力,培养其发散性思维,更好地构建以提高竞争力为核心的口腔医学技术创新型人才培养模式。
As an independent subject,dental technology emphasizes the vicissitudes in the subject setting and pays attention to practical teaching;its education mode is different from that of clinical stomatology education,the employment range of graduates is also wider compared with stomatology students. However,dental laboratory technology education and stomatology education have been showing obvious imbalance in our country. Considering the present status of the practice teaching of dental technology,this article put forward an innovative adjustment of practical teaching under the teaching idea of centering on learners,in order to stimulate the creativity of the students in learning practice,cultivate their divergent thinking,and build better innovative talents training mode with the core of improving the competitiveness of the students.
