摘要
目的探索终末期终末期肾病患者信息实践动机,以期为构建终末期肾病患者信息需求评估体系和健康教育策略提供依据。方法目的抽样法选取8名终末期肾病患者或家属进行个体面对面半结构深度访谈,运用解释现象学研究的主题分析法对访谈内容进行主题分析。结果信息期望值、压力与担忧、与服务提供者的亲缘性和信息实践效能等4个主题框架被呈现。结论护士应密切结合患者信息实践动机,采用适当的教育方法激发患者有效的信息实践,并对患者实施持续动态且有效的规范健康教育。
Objective To explore the motivation for information practices of patients with end-stage renal disease,in order to provide evidence for construct information demand assessment system and health edu-cation.Methods By purposive sampling method,8 patients with end-stage renal disease or their relatives were selelcted and had individual face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interviews.Thematic analysis was used to analyze the content.Results Four theme were extracted:information expectations,pressure and worry,relatedness and practice efficiency.Conclusions Nurses should take appropriate education method to inspire patients’effective information practice and provide time with dynamic and effective standardized education.
