Posttraumatic growth of patients with spinal cord injury in workplace injuries

摘要 目的探讨工伤致脊髓损伤患者的创伤后成长体验。方法应用半结构式深入访谈法,访谈3例具同质性的脊髓损伤合并截瘫患者,以诠释现象学分析法分析转录稿。结果患者的创伤后成长体验包括个人力量增强、对生命的哲学思考、活在当下的积极应对3个主题。结论健康照顾者可通过促进创伤患者的创伤后成长而促进其身心康复。
