摘要
为了研究不同有效变形长度对单向弯曲柔性关节的弯曲变形和夹持能力的影响规律,本文制作了五种不同有效变形长度的单向弯曲关节,设计并搭建了实验系统,进行了弯曲变形和夹持力实验研究.实验结果表明:每减少10 mm的有效变形长度,关节弯曲角度平均减小25°,关节夹持力增加1 N左右.研究结果为以后的关节优化、新型实用产品的开发奠定了基础.
In order to study the different effective deformation length of unidirectional bending flexible joint bending deformation and holding capacity were studied , the paper produced five different effective deformable length of unidirectional bending joint, design and build the experiment system, the bending deformation and clamping force experimental research.The experimental results show that each reduce the effective length of 10 mm deformation, the bending angle of the joint average decrease of 25 d egrees, the joint clamping force increased about IN.The results laid the foundation for the development of the joint optimization and the new practical products.
