摘要
目的建立GC法同时测定羚羊感冒片(羚羊角、连翘、金银花等)中7种成分的含有量。方法羚羊感冒片乙酸乙酯提取液的分析采用HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.32μm);进样口温度230℃,检测器温度250℃;分流比15∶1。结果α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、柠檬烯、薄荷酮、薄荷脑、胡薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯分别在0.010 08~0.504 0、0.011 73~0.586 5、0.038 94~1.924、0.021 93~1.096、0.314 2~15.71、0.029 98~1.499、0.017 36~0.868 0μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为98.2%、98.7%、98.4%、99.0%、99.5%、98.9%、98.4%,RSD分别为1.1%、0.75%、0.84%、0.69%、0.39%、0.48%、1.2%。17批样品中,仅8批检测出所有7种成分,有4批测得成分少于4种,有1批上述成分均未检出。结论羚羊感冒片的质量不理想,需加强监管。
AIM To develop a GC method for simultaneously determining the contents of seven constituents in Lingyang Ganmao Tablets for common cold( Saigae Tataricae Cornu,Forsythiae Fructus,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,etc.). METHODS The analysis of Lingyang Ganmao Tablets ethyl acetate extract was carried out on an HP-5capillary column( 30 m × 0. 32 mm × 0. 32 μm),the temperature for the introduction port was set at 230 ℃,the detector temperature was 250 ℃,and the split ratio was 15 ∶ 1. RESULTS α-Pinene,β-pinene,limonene,menthone,menthol, pulegone and menthyl acetate showed good linear relationships within the ranges of0. 010 08- 0. 504 0 μg,0. 011 73- 0. 586 5 μg,0. 038 94- 1. 924 μg,0. 021 93- 1. 096 μg,0. 314 2-15. 71 μg,0. 029 98- 1. 499 μg and 0. 017 36- 0. 868 0 μg,whose average recoveries( n = 6) were 98. 2%,98. 7%,98. 4%,99. 0%,99. 5%,98. 9% and 98. 4% with the RSDs of 1. 1%,0. 75%,0. 84%,0. 69%,0. 39%,0. 48% and 1. 2%,respectively. Only eight out of seventeen batches of samples were detected with the full seven constituents,four batches were found with less than four constituents,and one batch was found with no aforementioned consituents. CONCLUSION The unsatisfactory quality of Lingyang Ganmao Tablets calls for more intensive supervision.
