荆芥挥发油化学成分研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的采用水蒸气蒸馏法从荆芥中提取挥发油。方法用GC-MS对其化学成分进行鉴定。结果共鉴定了58个成分,占挥发油的86.23%以上。结论通过对荆芥挥发油的分析,为其进一步开发作为药食两用植物提供科学依据。 Objective The essential oils from Nepeta cataria L. were extracted by steam distillation. Methods The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Then the percentage content of composition of essential oil was determined by GC normalization method. Results The constituents were identified by GC-MS. 58 components were separated , identified and accounted for over 86.23%. Conclusion By analyzing the essential oil of Nepeta cataria L. , the scientific foundations were provided for further development of the plant not only as a kind of food but also a kind of medicine.
