摘要
中药青风藤是一味常用的祛风湿药,文章通过检索中国知网、维普、万方、Pubmed、Cochrane Library等国内外数据库,综述了近几年来报道的青风藤生物碱的活性成分、药理作用的最新研究进展。其中重点阐述了青风藤生物碱活性成分的的分离、提取以及其中主要成分青藤碱的抗炎镇痛及免疫抑制的药理作用,并阐述了药代动力学。今后仍需要分析青风藤生物碱有效成分的化学结构,对其活性成分进行更深入的临床药理研究和毒理研究,明确其作用机制,为青风藤生物碱活性成分在临床的广泛应用和安全使用奠定基础。
Caulis Sinomenii is a common traditional Chinese medicine used as dispelling wind and dampness. In order to provide the reference for further study and development of Caulis Sinomenii,the advances on active ingredients and pharmacological effects of Caulis Sinomenii in recent years were summarized. We searched the relevant literature from both domestic and foreign databases,such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data,Pubmed and Cochrane Library. We mainly discussed the separation and extraction of the active ingredients in Caulis Sinomenii alkaloid and the pharmacological effects in aspect of anti- inflammatory and immune suppression for the main component named sinomenine（ SIN）. Furthermore,we expounded the pharmacokinetics of SIN. We strongly recommend that more studies should be carried out on chemical structure,toxicology and clinical pharmacology of Caulis Sinomenii so as to define their in- depth mechanism and lay a foundation for promoting their clinical application and safety use in the near future.
