摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在提高患者安全目标中的应用及效果。方法随机选取2014年12月—2015年12月于该院各科室就诊的患者共238例,所有患者均行护理风险管理,对比管理前后不良事件发生率。结果风险管理后,患者护理风险事件总发生率、住院环境满意度、护理操作满意度、安全管理满意度、就诊安全及护理服务综合评价等指标均优于护理前,与护理前对比均现明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于患者日常护理中加强护理风险管理可有效减少患者不良事件发生率,提升患者住院环境、护理操作、护士安全管理等满意率,护理效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To study the application and effect of nursing risk management in improving the safety goal of patients. Methods 238 cases of patients diagnosed in various departments in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were randomly selected, and adopted nursing risk management, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was compared before and after management. Results After risk management, the total incidence rate of nursing risk events, satisfactory degree of hospitalization environment, satisfactory degrees of nursing operation and safety management, visit safety and nursing service comprehensive evaluation and other indicators were better than those before nursing, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance, P0.05. Conclusion Enhancing the nursing risk management in daily nursing for patients can effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse events of patients and improve the satisfactory rates of hospitalization environment, nursing operation and nurse safety management of patients with obvious nursing effect, which is worth promotion.
