摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌放疗患者疾病不确定感与社会支持的关系。方法随机抽取100例接受放射治疗的乳腺癌患者的临床资料。对患者进行问卷调查,共发放问卷100份,回收问卷100份,回收率为100.00%。观察患者疾病不确定感、社会支持状况、疾病不确定感和社会支持的相关性。结果患者疾病不确定感的平均得分为(82.91±8.32)分。患者社会支持总平均得分低于国内常模分值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者疾病不确定感总分、与疾病相关信息缺乏或不一致性与社会支持呈负相关,患者不明确性、复杂性与社会支持总均分、客观支持、对支持的利用度呈负相关,不可预测性与社会支持及其三个维度无相关性。结论护理人员需注重乳腺癌患者疾病不确定感和社会支持,减少患者的疾病不确定感,提高社会支持。
Objective To explore the correlation research of uncertainty and social support of breast cancer patients. Methods Clinical data of 100 cases of patients with breast cancer treated by radiotherapy were collected. Questionnaire survey was conducted on patients, a total of 100 questionnaires were issued, and 100 questionnaire were recycled, recovery rate was 100.00%. The disease uncertainty, social support status, the correlation of uncertainty and social support were analyzed. Results The scores of uncertainty was （ 82.91 -＋ 8.32 ）. The scores of social support was lower than the domestic norm scores （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The uncertainty, the lack of information or inconsistencies and social support were negatively correlated ; uncertainty, complexity and total social support, objective support, utilization degree of support were negatively correlated ; unpredictability, social support was not correlated with three dimension. Conclusion it need to pay attention to the uncertainty and social support of breast canc- er patients, and reduce the uncertainty,increase the social support.
