摘要
目的：探讨护理干预对乳腺癌患者疾病不确定感及社会支持的影响。方法选取本院2013年3月-2014年3月收治的60例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规护理及基础健康教育，干预组在对照组的基础上给予个性化护理干预，比较两组干预前后的社会支持、MUIS评分。结果两组干预后的MUIS、社会支持评分显著优于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组干预后的MUIS评分显著低于对照组，社会支持评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对乳腺癌患者实施护理干预，能够减轻患者对疾病的不确定感，增加其社会支持，改善其心理状态，提升其生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on disease uncertainty and the social support in patients with breast cancer. Methods 60 patients with breast cancer in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and divided into the intervention group and the control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional health nursing and basic education,the intervention group was given personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The score of social support and MUIS in two groups before and after intervention was compared. Results The score of social support and MUIS in two groups after intervention were better than that before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of MUIS in the intervention group was lower than that the control group,the score of social support in the intervention group was higher than that the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the disease uncertainty of patients with breast cancer,increasing their social support,improve the patient’s mental state and quality of life,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
