摘要
目的:考察高职院校学生生活事件、应对方式和社会支持与孤独感的关系,为高职院校学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:对山东几所高职院校随机整群抽取284名学生,采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、特质应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表和UCLA孤独量表进行调查。结果:男生(t=-12.722,P〈0.01)、来自农村(t=2.869,P〈0.05)、独生子女(t=2.081,P〈0.05)有较高孤独感;生活事件(r=0.140~0.367,P〈0.05)、消极应对方式(r=0.157,P〈0.01)和社会支持(r=-0.251,0.296,-0.275;P〈0.01)都与孤独感有显著相关性;生活事件、消极应对方式和社会支持能有效预测孤独感,其中社会支持是生活事件和孤独感之间关系的中介因素。结论:提高高职院校学生对社会支持的主观感知能力,能有效降低其孤独感。
Objective: To investigate the relation of life events, coping styles, social support and loneliness among vocational college students,and provide the evidence for mental health education of vocational college students.Meth- ods:Random cluster sampling 284 students in Shandong certain several vocational colleges were measured by using Adolescent Self--rating Life Events Check--List(ASLEC), Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ), Social Support Rating Scale and UCLA Loneliness Scale. Results: The students who were boys ( t=-12.722, P〈0.01 ), coming from the countryside(t=2.869, P〈0.05), only children(t = 2.081, P〈0.05 ) had higher loneliness ; Life events ( r=0.140-0.367, P〈0.05 ), coping styles( r=0.157, P〈0.01 ) and social support( r=-0.257,0.296, -0.275 ; P〈0.01 ) had significant correlation with loneliness;Life events, negative coping styles and social support could effectively predict loneliness, the social support was intermediary factors in the relationship between life events and loneliness.Conclusion: Improving vocational college studentg subjective perception of social support can effectively reduce the loneli- ness.
