摘要
医学院校的临床实习教学中,仍然存在着需要进一步强化教学管理和不断创新教学模式等问题。为继续提高医学生临床实习质量,针对当前临床实习教学的现状和存在的问题,采取管理模式和教学模式的一系列改进措施,包括强化教学管理,采用创新的基于客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)考核体系的教学法等,以提高临床实习教学质量及医学生的综合素质,收到了较好的效果。
To further improve the education quality in medicine clinical practice, teaching management needs to be further strengthened and teaching models need to be innovated continuously in current medicine education. Accordingly, a series of strategies were adopted based on the status quo of medicine education, including strengthening teaching management and adopting innovative teaching model with the objective structured clinical examination （ OSCE）, so as to improve the clinical practice effects and obtain favorable effects.
