3D打印模型结合SBAR沟通模式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨将3D打印模型引入SBAR沟通模式在住院医规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将2015年7月—2016年7月期间参加骨外科住院医师规范化培训医师共86人,随机分为实验组及对照组。将两组人员分别安排在西安交通大学第一附属医院骨科的两个病区参与住院医师临床工作。两组人员入科时均进行SBAR沟通模式学习,并将制定SBAR沟通要素表作为病情汇报标准流程。实验组引入3D打印模型,其余带教方式均同于对照组。对两组人员均进行SBAR沟通模式的应用感知调查及临床病例考核。结果实验组病例考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。两组规培医师对SBAR沟通模式在教学中的应用感知认可度均较高。结论将3D打印模型引入SBAR沟通模式,有利于规培医师提高学习兴趣、提升病情汇报分析准确性及全面性的能力,可以在各级各类临床教学中推广。 Objective To explore the outcomes of introducing 3D printing model into SBAR communication mode in resident standardization training.Methods From July 2015 to July 2016,a total of 86 students were enrolled in the resident standardization training of orthopedic surgeons.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The two groups were arranged in the two wards of our department to participate in resident clinical work.Both groups learned SBAR communication mode upon entering the departm ent,and SBAR communication elements were set as a standard reporting process.The 3D printing model was introduced into the experimental group and the other teaching methods were the same as in the control group.The two groups had a survey on the perception of application of SBAR communication mode and were tested on clinical cases.Results The experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in scores of the clinical cases test.The two groups had a higher awareness of the application of SBAR communication pattern in teaching.Conclusion Introducing 3D printing model into SBAR communication mode is conducive to increasing the trainees'interest in learning and improving their accuracy and comprehensiveness of disease report analysis.Therefore,it can be promoted at all levels of clinical teaching.
