摘要
医学临床实习是高等医学教育的重要组成部分,临床实习的成败,直接关系到医学生的培养质量和医学院校的可持续发展。就当前临床实习中存在的一些问题进行分析研究,认为加强管理,提高师生双方对实习重要性的认识,将有利于提高临床医学教学质量的提高。
Clinical practice is an important component of higher medical education, which is also vital to the educational quality and the institution＇s sustainable development. The problems in current clinical practice are analyzed and it is proposed that the quality of clinical teaching will be improved by strengthening management and stressing the importance of practice to both teachers and students.
