摘要
[目的]提高小麦秸秆在反刍动物中的利用效率。[方法]本试验在使用尿素(5%)进行小麦秸秆氨化处理的同时添加不同水平的过氧化氢(0,1%,2%和3%),研究过氧化氢及尿素复合处理对小麦秸秆营养价值、体外发酵特性及甲烷产量的影响。[结果]小麦秸秆经尿素氨化处理后较未处理组粗蛋白质含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。小麦秸秆经过氧化氢和尿素复合处理后,半纤维素、纤维素和酸性洗涤木质素含量均有不同程度降低,并随过氧化氢添加水平的提高呈降低趋势,当过氧化氢添加水平达到3%时,显著低于未处理组和单独尿素添加组(P<0.05)。各处理组小麦秸秆体外发酵产气量均显著高于未处理组(P<0.05),而对甲烷产量没有显著影响(P>0.05)。与未处理组和单独尿素处理组相比,过氧化氢添加水平达到2%时,显著提高了瘤胃培养液总挥发性脂肪酸含量(P<0.05)。[结论]综上所述,小麦秸秆添加尿素氨化处理时推荐添加3%的过氧化氢。
[Objective]The aim was to improve the utilization efficiency of wheat straw in ruminant. [-Methods] This stud- y was to investigate the effect of adding different levels of perhydrol (0,1%, 2% and 3%) on nutrition value, in vitro fermentation and methane production of wheat straw ammoniated by 5 % urea. [Results] Wheat straw treated with urea had a higher crude protein content compared to untreated group (P〈0.05). Wheat straw treated with urea combination with perhydrol, the hemicellulose, cellulose and acid detergent lignin content were reduced with the increase of the per- hydrol level. When the level of perhydrol reached 3%, the hemicellulose, cellulose and acid detergent lignin content of wheat straw was significantly lower than that of untreated group and individual added urea group (P〈0.05). All trea- ted groups had a higher (P〈0.05) gas production compared with untreated group. However, methane production were no significant differences (P〉0. 05) among all treated or untreated wheat straw. Compared with untreated group and individual added urea group, the concentration of total volatile fatty acids was significantly increased (P〈0. 05) when perhydrol addition level was above 20%. [Conclusion] In conclusion, it was suggested that optimum dose of perhydrol addition was 3 % for wheat straw ammoniated with urea.
