摘要
随着我国经济社会的快速发展和知识技术更新速度的加快,人们的职业生存和生活方式发生了根本性变化,职业核心能力成为高职院校学生就业、创业、实现可持续发展的基础。针对当前高职院校职业核心能力培养工作存在的问题,在分析职业能力和职业核心能力概念内涵的基础上,结合高职教育特点,论述了高职院校学生职业核心能力培养的关键在于思想观念的更新解放,重点是选好职业核心能力培养实施载体和具体方法。提出的具体对策建议,有助于推动高职院校职业核心能力培养工作。
With the rapid development of economy and knowledge and technology,people＇s professional survival and life style has changed greatly,vocational core competence is becoming the basic for students＇ employment,starting own business and sustainable development.At present,some problems exist in the cultivation of students＇ vocational core competence,based on the analysis of concept connotation of vocational core competence and combined with the characteristics of higher vocational education,this paper puts forward some measures to promote the cultivation of students＇ vocational core competence,such as the updating and emancipating the mind,selecting of implementation carrier and measures of the cultivation of vocational core competence.
