摘要
职业核心能力是适用于各种职业、伴随终身的可持续发展的关键能力、基础能力。在知识经济社会,职业核心能力的培养具有重要的现实意义,是世界职业教育和人力资源开发的发展趋势,是我国能力建设的重要内涵和职业教育改革的必然归宿。劳动和社会保障部组织开发职业核心能力培训认证体系,开展职业核心能力培训测评的探索,具有十分重要的意义。
Some skills are known to do well in education and traini internationally as Key Skills. They are the vital and sustainable ones that we need ng to succeed at work and get on in life. Key Skills could affect everything else we do: they could help us achieve er grades and do better at work; they could interest employers, colleges and universities as they wouhl help the employees get into jobs or students get into courses; they would widen our job choice and allow us flexibility in future in our personal life. Therefore, the Key Skills education and training are never more significant to the existing human resources development world ety of knowledge economy, symbolizing the general trends of job education and wide and anticipating direction of job education reform at home.
