摘要
上市公司绩效一直是经济管理学界关注的重要问题。利用2013-2015年间我国家电行业、电力行业上市公司的数据。通过不同行业的对比研究,我们发现,家电行业在经营绩效方面明显优于电力行业,进一步分析了影响经营绩效差异的影响因素,并发现不同行业所处的内外部因素对企业绩效的影响不同,最后根据存在的问题提出了缩小行业间绩效差异、提高企业绩效的政策建议。
Performance of listed companies has been an important issue of economic management circles concerned, we use the data about Chinas home appliance industry and power industry from 2013 to 2015 to study the issues related to performance and influencing factors of China~ listed companies, and analyze the different corporate performance. By comparing different sectors, we find the home appliance industry was significantly better than the power industry in terms of operating performance. Then, we analyze the factors which lead to the difference of business perform- ance, and find different internal and external factors affecting the different sectors in which the performance of the enterprise, and finally according to the problems exist, we put forward some suggestions narrow the gap between the performance of the industry and some policy recommendations to improve business performance.
