摘要
本文将管理学界的前沿研究利益相关者理论作为社保经办机构内部控制体系研究的基础,并在利益相关者理论下讨论社保经办机构内部控制体系框架。在该内部控制体系框架中,将社保经办机构利益相关者的利益需求作为其内部控制研究的起点,建立基于利益相关者的利益需求的社保经办机构内部控制体系。
Based on the forefront research of Stakeholder Theory in the area of management, this paper studies the framework of internal control system of the agencies of social insurance. In the framework, the stake- holders＇ demand of interests is the starting point of the research on the internal control and the system is based on the stakeholders＇ demand of interests.
