摘要
目的应用数据挖掘的方法分析治疗高血压病的方剂的组方规律。方法收集、整理治疗高血压病的方剂,录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.0.1),利用改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析高血压病热毒证方剂的组方规律。结果对筛选出的129首治疗高血压病的方剂进行分析,确定处方中药物出现的频次,演化得到核心组合26个,新处方11个。结论应用数据挖掘的方法探索高血压病的方剂组成,可以侧面体现临床思路,为其治疗提供临床指导。
Objective To explore the composing principles of the prescriptions in the treatment of hypertension by data-mining.Methods Prescription in the treatment of hypertension were collected and sorted. We entered the TCM inheritance system(V2.0.1),analyzed the composition principles by the methods of revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results Based on the analysis of 129 cases of prescriptions, the frequency of each herb included in the database was computed, 26 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion The application of datamining could analyze the composition principles, and provide a basis for the clinical use of drugs for hypertension.
