摘要
目的:应用关联规则探索现代文献研究中医高血压证型、病机的特征。方法:通过检索涉及高血压中医证型、病机的文献,采用Apriori关联性分析病机间关系、证型与病机间关系。结果:169个证型中,文献研究常见的是阴虚阳亢证、痰浊中阻证、肝阳上亢证、阴阳两虚证、肝火上炎证、肝肾阴虚证、血瘀证、气阴两虚证、肝阳化风证;36个病机中,文献研究常见的是瘀血、痰浊、肝阳化风、肝肾阴虚、阳亢、肝火上炎、阴虚阳亢、痰瘀互结。2瘀血更倾向与痰浊、阳亢、肝阳化风、肝肾阴虚、阴虚阳亢、肝火上炎等病机关联;痰浊更倾向与瘀血、肝阳化风、肝火上炎、肝肾阴虚、阳亢、阴虚阳亢、气虚、阴虚等病机关联;肝肾阴虚证与病机瘀血倾向关联;肝肾阴虚证和肝阳上亢证时与病机痰浊、肝阳化风、瘀血倾向关联;血瘀证与瘀血倾向关联。结论:高血压病机以肝肾阴虚为本,以痰浊,瘀血为标,以风阳内动为像。
Objective： To explore the features of TCM syndromes of hypertension and pathogenesis in modern literature by association rules. Methods： The literature involving hypertension TCM syndromes and pathogenesis was searched. By using Apriori Association,the relationship between pathogenesis and syndromes was studied. Results： 1Among 69 syndromes,the common sydnromes in literature included Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome,phlegm in the resistance syndrome,liver Yang hyperactivity syndrome,deficiency of both Yin and Yang syndrome,liver fire inflammation syndrome,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,liver Yang forming wind syndrome. Among 36 pathogenesis,the common causes included blood stasis,phlegm,liver Yang forming wind,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,Yang hyperactivity,liver fire inflammation,Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,phlegm and blood stasis accumulation. 2The blood stasis is more inclined to phlegm,Yang hyperactivity,liver Yang forming wind,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,liver fire inflammation. The phlegm is more inclined to blood stasis,liver Yang forming wind,liver Yang inflammation,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,Yang hyperactivity,Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity,Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency. Yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome is associated with bleeding. Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and liver Yang hyperactivity are associated with phlegm,liver Yang forming wind and bleeding tendency. The blood stasis syndrome is assoicated with the bleeding tendency. Conclusion： The pathogenesis of hypertension is oriented in Yin deficiency of liver and kidney and phlegm as well as blood stasis as the standard and the wind Yang is manifestation.
