摘要
介绍了传统的汽车覆盖件拉深模零件加工工艺流程并对该工艺流程进行了优化,在模具制造中应用了ERP软件以及在线检测技术、高频感应淬火、激光淬火等表面处理技术,优化后的工艺流程缩短了拉深模零件的制造周期,加快了拉深模零件的装配和调试进程。
The traditional machining process of a drawing die parts for automobile panels was presented and optimized. Some surface treatment technologies were used in the application of die manufacture such as ERP software and online detection technology, high-frequen- cy induction quenching, laser quenching. The optimized process has shortened the manufac- turing cycle of drawing die, and accelerated the assembly and debugging process.
