摘要
职教名师工作室作为新时期师资建设的一种新模式,在促进教师专业化发展、提高教育教学质量、提升教师队伍整体素质等方面发挥着积极的作用。构建名师工作室引领下教师发展共同体,可以多维度、立体化、系统化地发挥名师工作室的示范、引领作用,即通过构建工作室成员发展共同体,增强名师的辐射能量;通过构建跨专业教师发展共同体,增强名师辐射的厚度;通过构建区域教师发展共同体,扩大名师的辐射范围。
As a new model of construction of teaching staff in the new era, the vocational famous teacher＇s studio plays a positive role in promoting teachers＇ professional development, improving the quality of teaching and promoting the overall quality of teachers. The construction of teacher development community under the guidance of famous teacher＇s studio can play a role in the demonstration and guidance of the teacher＇s studio three dimensionally and systematically. That is, through building a community of studio members the radiation energy of the famous teachers is enhanced, through building a community of cross-specialty the radiation thickness of famous teachers is improved and through building a community of regional teachers the radiation scope of famous teachers is expanded.
