建立一个完备的食用植物油质量安全溯源体系,实施食用植物油质量安全溯源管理制度,可有效控制食用植物油的质量安全,对食用植物油各个环节进行全程、有效的监管。简述了食用植物油质量安全溯源系统,并对其系统框架的建立进行了较为详细的介绍,为食用植物油质量安全溯源体系的建立提供参考。
The construction of a complete traceability system for quality and safety of edible vegetable oil and implementation of traceability management system for quality and safety of edible vegetable oil can effectively control the quality and safety of edible vegetable oil and entirely and effectively supervise edible vegetable oil from every aspect. The traceability system for quality and safety of edible vegetable oil was briefly described. The establishment of its system frame was introduced in detail, which could provide reference for the establishment of traceability system for quality and safety of edible vegetable oil.
