摘要
以食用植物油理化检测为基础,从抽样及样品的处置,仪器、试剂及耗材的选择,设施和环境条件的控制,人员的要求,方法的选择与确认等方面分析了食用植物油检测中的质量控制方法,建立健全实验室质量控制程序,保证检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
On the basis of edible vegetable oil physical and chemical detecting, the quality control of edible vegetable oil de- tection was analyzed from sampling and sample disposal, instruments, reagents and consumables selection, facilities and en- vironmental conditions controls, personnel requirements, methods selection and validation etc.Established and improved the laboratory quality control procedures, ensured the veracity and reliability of detection results.
