摘要
高职院校教师在实践教学能力提升方面存在教师经历普遍单一、实践教学能力提升渠道匮乏、实践教学脱离市场明显、实践教学能力缺乏权威认证等现实困境,文章从教师个人、学校、社会依次深入分析了现实困境的原因,并从宏观上转变理念、形成共识;中观上顶层设计,完善机制,微观上明确重点,有效突破等方面提出了对策与建议。
It is a common status existing in practical teaching ability enhancement of teachers in vocational higher education institutions, such as single teaching experience, lack of methods to improve practical teaching ability, practical teaching divorcing from market obviously, lack of authorized certification towards practical teaching ability. This paper deeply studies the reasons about actual plights from the micro to macro in proper order with aspects on teacher, college and society, and puts forward the strategies and suggestions.
