摘要
宏基因组学是指直接提取环境中总DNA,对微生物基因总和进行研究的一门新学科。宏基因组技术是研究不可培养微生物的一种新技术,强调微环境的整体性,与中医学的宏观思想不谋而合。因此,若能将宏基因组技术有效应用于中医证候学的研究,将对于促进中医证候学生物学基础的研究大有裨益。
Metagenomics refers to a new discipline of total DNA directly extracted from the environment for the study of microbial genes. Metagenomic technology is a new tool to study the uncultured microorganisms, and it emphasizes the integrity of the microenvironment, which coincides with the macroscopic thought of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Therefore, if metagenomic technology can be effectively applied in TCM syndrome research, it will benefit the study of the biologicalbasis in TCM syndrome.
