摘要
证候是疾病发展过程中某阶段的本质反映,是中医临床遣方用药的依据,由于证候的复杂性、多样性,目前尚未形成规范统一的证候标准,这给中医药临床、教学、科研带来很大困难,也限制了中医药现代化、信息化发展。文章从证名规范化、症状规范化、辨证模式规范化、证候诊断标准规范化4个角度,分析当前证候规范化存在的问题,并提出一些思考,以期对证候规范化的研究起到些微作用。
Syndrome was the essence of a certain stage in the process of the disease, and it provided reference for clinical prescription of Chinese medicine. Due to the complexity and diversity of the syndrome, the unified and standardized diagnostic criteria have not been formed, which not only brought great difficulties to the clinic, teaching and scientific research of TCM, but also restricted the modernization of TCM. This paper analyzed the problems about standardization of syndrome from the standardized TCM syndrome name, symptom, syndrome differentiation model, syndrome diagnostic criteria and put forward some reflections to help to standardize syndrome of TCM.
