摘要
目的:通过收集糖尿病肾病不同证型舌象图像数据信息,观察不同证型与舌象特征的相关性。方法:运用上海中医药大学研制的TFDA-1舌面诊仪,提取辨证分型为肝肾阴虚证、气阴两虚证及脾肾阳虚证的72例糖尿病肾病患者的舌象特征,通过研究舌象舌质、舌苔的颜色指标(RGB、Lab、YCrCb)变化,结合中医辨证分型,采用现代技术对糖尿病肾病证型及其舌象信息进行系统全面的收集整理并探讨其相关性。结果:中医证型与舌象指标:对72例研究对象舌色的平均RGB、Lab、YCrCb数值分析后显示:(1)肝肾阴虚组舌色偏红、苔色偏黄;脾肾阳虚组舌色及苔色整体偏白色;气阴两虚组介于二者之间;(2)中医证型与临床观察指标:肝肾阴虚证组:绛红舌及红舌占71.4%,黄苔71.4%;气阴两虚证组:淡红舌占53.8%,黄苔50%、白苔46.1%;脾肾阳虚证组:淡白舌占60.0%,白苔76%。结论:实验数据表明,TDAS2.0图像分析软件所分析的舌象数据结果与临床医生辨证分型结果大致吻合,证实了糖尿病肾病患者不同证型之间的舌象等特征存在客观性差异,为临床辨证分型诊断提供了客观依据。
Objective:To study the correlation between different types of diabetic nephropathy and tongue choroidal features by collecting tongue image data information.Methods:Using the TFDA-1 tongue and face diagnosis instrument developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the tongue features of 72 diabetic nephropathy patients with syndromes of liver and kidney yin deficiency,Qi and Yin deficiency,and spleen and kidney yang deficiency were extracted.By studying the changes of tongue quality and color indicators(RGB,Lab,YCrCb)of tongue coating,combined with TCM syndrome differentiation,modern technology is used to systematically and comprehensively collect and sort out the information of diabetic nephropathy syndromes and tongue information and explore their relevance.Modern technology was used to systematically and comprehensively collect and collate information on the type of diabetic nephropathy and its tongue image and to discuss its correlation.Results:TCM syndrome types and tongue indicators:the average RGB,Lab,and YCrCb values of the tongue color of 72 study subjects showed that:(1)The tongue color of the liver and kidney Yin deficiency group is reddish and the coating is yellowish;in the spleen and kidney Yang deficiency group,the color of tongue and tongue coating were generally white;the Qi and Yin deficiency group is between the two;(2)TCM syndrome and clinical observation index:liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome group:crimson tongue and red tongue account for 71.4%,yellow coating71.4%;Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome group:pale red tongue accounted for 53.8%,yellow coating 50%,white coating 46.1%;spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group:pale tongue accounted for 60.0%,white coating accounted for 76%.Conclusion:The experimental date show that the database about tongue image analyzing by TDAS2.0 tongue image analysis system are approximately consistent with the result about syndrome differentiation form clinician.It confirms the tongue image features form different syndrome of patient with diabetic nephropathy exist objective difference,and provides a objective basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and diagnosis.
