摘要
采用SWOT分析方法,对我国冰球运动进行了系统性的分析。指出我国冰球运动发展的优势为地理环境与信息技术支持,劣势为国内冰球竞技水平亟需提升与专业冰球人才短缺。成功申办2022北京冬奥会与相关政策的出台是我国冰球运动发展的机遇,我国冰球运动发展在冰球人才体系、建设多元化的群众体育需求与冰球品牌对接上面临挑战。提出抓住国内外发展机遇,继续发挥政策引领作用,提升国内球队战斗力以及建立长期发展的后备人才体系等建议。
By using SWOT analysis method,this paper makes a systematic analysis of hockey in China.It is believed that the advantages are geographic environment and information technology support;the disadvantages are that the competitive level of domestic ice hockey needs to be improved urgently and professional ice hockey talent shortage;the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the introduction of relevant policies are the opportunities for the development of ice hockey;and the challenges in the talent system of ice hockey and the construction of diversified mass sports demand docking with ice hockey brand.To this end,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as seizing the development opportunities at home and abroad,continuing to play a leading role in policy,improving the combat effectiveness of domestic teams and establishing a long-term development of reserve talent system.
