摘要
通过SWOT分析方法分析中国冰球职业联赛未来发展,为中国冰球职业联赛未来发展建言献策,为推动我国冰雪运动发展提供参考建议。研究结果认为,中国冰球职业联赛未来发展的优势是:国外优秀冰球职业联赛的经验和参考、青少年冰球运动发展稳定、经济发展稳定、企业投资体育积极性高;劣势:中国传统体育观念与冰球运动相悖、缺少群众基础、注册运动员数量少;机遇:冬奥会周期政府的大力支持、广大且具有潜力的观众市场;挑战:国内其他职业联赛的竞争、区域发展不均衡、"管办一体"模式的滞后性。通过分析和研究,中国冰球职业联赛未来发展对策有:联赛时间与其他国内联赛错开、大力发展青训事业、提高联赛职业化,减少行政干预、加强冰球基础设施建设、建立中国冰球职业联赛的文化,以此来推动中国冰球运动的发展。
Through SWOT analysis method to analyze the future development of China Ice Hockey Professional League,provide suggestions for the future development of China Ice Hockey Professional League,and provide reference for promoting the development of China’s ice and snow sports.The results of the article:The advantages of the future development of the Chinese ice hockey professional league are:the experience and reference of the foreign excellent ice hockey professional league,and the reserve power of the ice hockey is sufficient.Disadvantages:China’s traditional sports concept is contrary to ice hockey,lacks mass base,and has fewer registered athletes.Opportunity:The support of the government in the Winter Olympics cycle,the vast and promising audience market.Challenge:The competition in other professional leagues in China,the uneven development of the region,and the lag of the“management and management”model.Through analysis and research,the future development strategies of the Chinese ice hockey professional league include:the time of the league and other domestic leagues staggered,vigorously develop the youth training,improve the professionalization of the league,reduce administrative intervention,and establish the culture of the Chinese ice hockey professional league.
