摘要 我国短道速滑运动员普遍动作细腻但是力量不足,主要表现为在弯道转弯、直道加速时速度较慢,很容易被对手赶超,克服这种缺陷必须在青少年短道速滑人才培养过程中,加强专项体能训练,提高其速滑水平,这是预防对手超越的关键要素。在概述短道速滑专项体能的基础之上,分析当前专项体能训练中专项器械的使用,提出专项体能训练时要注重的关键性要素和应该遵循的原则,设计利用专项器械进行专项体能训练的方案,为青少年短道速滑运动员专项体能训练提供参考和借鉴。 China’s short track speed skaters generally have delicate movements but lack of strength.The main performance is that when corners turn and when the straight road accelerates,the speed is slow,and it is easy to be overtaken by opponents.To overcome this kind of defects,it is necessary to speed up the youth short track speed skating talents.During the training process,strengthening physical fitness training and improving its speed skating level are key factors in preventing opponents from surpassing.On the basis of summarizing the special physical fitness of short track speed skating,analyze the use of special equipment in the current special physical training,put forward the key elements to be paid attention to in the special physical training and the principles that should be followed,and design the special equipment for special physical training.The program provides reference and reference for the special physical fitness training for young short-track skaters.
