摘要
人羊膜(human amniotic membrane,HAM)为附着在胎盘胎儿面的半透明双层薄膜,表面光滑,无血管、神经及淋巴,具有一定的弹性,含有胶原蛋白(collagen)、层黏连蛋白(laminin,LN)、整合素(integrin)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,b FGF)、肝细胞生长因子(hepatic growth factor,HGF)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、转化生长因子(Transforming growth factor,TGF)等多种成分,具有抗炎、抗菌、抗黏连及免疫原性低的生物学特性,是一种天然的生物移植材料。本文就HAM的制备保存方法及其在医学、组织工程等方面的应用作一综述。
Human amniotic membrane(HAM)is a kind of double-layered semi-transparent membrane attached to placenta,with smooth surface and a certain elasticity but without blood vessels,nerve or lymph.As a natural biological graft material,HAM contains collagen,laminin(LN),integrin,basic fibroblast growth factor(b FGF),hepatic growth factor(HGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor(TGF)and has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and anti-adhesion effects and lower immunogenicity.This paper reviews the preparation and storage of HAM as well as its application in medicine,tissue engineering and so on.
